Our name gives the clue to what we are! Established in 1994, The Mill Singers is a male voice choir based in Dorset UK. The Choir prides itself on its musical standard and warm camaraderie among its members. We make music together with our musical director Nikki Budd in a relaxed and congenial atmosphere while aspiring to a high level of performance.

At some concerts we are joined by professional soloists, at others we might invite young musicians capable of performing to a professional standard. The Choir sings several concerts a year,

principally in Dorset and surrounding counties but we

have also sung  in Montebourg, Normandy, the twin town of Sturminster Newton from where the Choir originated. Most of these concerts are in support of charities and other deserving causes, the one exception is our Gala Concert where the funds we generate enable us to continue our work in the community.

The Choir is also asked to sing at weddings when families seem to appreciate and enjoy the ‘something special’ The Mill Singers can contribute. It must be said that Choir members especially enjoy singing on these happy occasions.
